Dahlia Noir Salon is at 820 Motter Avenue, unit 4, in downtown Frederick. It is run by co-owners Amber Davis and Leigh Neely, and the stylists who work there each operate as an independent business from the space.

Leigh began her career at the front desk of a salon and moved through assisting and apprenticeship to a stylist role before becoming an owner. Amber started her career in 2012 and focuses on lived-in color, low-maintenance blondes and custom-curated cuts.

The salon team includes Jessica Granese, a Savoir Master Stylist, and Shannon Burker, who works under the name Shannon the Hair Witch, alongside apprentice Courtney Fisher. Stylists can rent a chair at the salon.

The space has a dedicated color application zone, tower stations for equipment storage, color storage in the break room, and retail shelving in the reception lounge.

Each stylist runs an independent business from the salon. The salon says its aim is to redefine the standard of the salon experience.
