Leigh Neely

Leigh Neely co-owns Dahlia Noir Salon and works as an extensions specialist, with over a decade of experience with hair extensions. She began her career at the front desk of a salon, then moved through assisting and apprenticeship to a stylist role before becoming an owner.

Her specialties are seamless blondes and dimensional color. She has taken various classes and continuing education, and after researching extension methods she settled on Invisible Bead Extensions.

She is accepting new haircut, color, hair extension and keratin treatment appointments.
