Every facial starts with a skin analysis so the treatment can be matched to the client's skin type. The facial menu runs from the Ageless Facial, formulated for aging skin with alpha hydroxy acids, retinol and stem cell technology, to the Healing Vitamin C Facial for sensitive, red, dry or environmentally stressed skin, and the Clear Cell Facial, formulated for acne-prone and oily skin. The European Facial, at 90 minutes, adds deep pore cleansing, extractions, a nutrient-rich masque and massage across the hands, arms, feet, legs, shoulders, neck and scalp.

Dermaplaning is offered in three versions. The Dermaplane Facial is the 60-minute option, the Deluxe Dermaplane runs 90 minutes with an enzyme exfoliation and additional massage, and the Signature Dermaplane runs 105 minutes and extends the dermaplaning to the neck and decolletage. Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical scalpel to remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells and fine vellus hair.

The spa's Image Skin Care program has three parts: daily home care with recommended ingredients, a series of six professional resurfacing treatments every two weeks, and maintenance resurfacing every month to six weeks. The spa describes these treatments as a way to work toward younger-looking skin without surgery. Image Skincare collections are the products used throughout.

New clients should plan an extra 15 minutes for their first visit to complete the intake form. Jewelry is not worn during services, and cell phones are silenced. Clients with a medical condition are asked to check with their physician before booking. Gratuity is optional, and no-shows are discouraged.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual client, starting with a skin analysis, with the stated aim of good results and a relaxing visit.
