Visits take place in a dedicated treatment room. The studio also has a full-size reception and retail area with hand-selected skincare, haircare and wellness products, plus gift cards, and an infrared sauna that clients often pair with a facial. Clients can arrive with a clean face, since makeup is removed at the studio.

The facial menu runs from a teen option for ages 17 and younger and a men's facial at $200 (50 minutes) to The DaeGlo Ritual from $250, The Glo2Facial at $275, The Radiant Infusion at $300 (75 minutes) and The Renewal Peel at $350 (1 hour 15 minutes). The Balanced Complexion ($275, 60 minutes) is designed for acne-prone, congested and oily skin, and the Holistic Facials group includes Sculpt & Define from $275 to $350.

Brow and lash services include brow shaping from $40 (30 minutes), lash tint at $50 (30 minutes), lash lift with tint at $150 (1 hour 20 minutes), and a brow lamination paired with a lash lift and tint at $260 (2 hours), which the booking site says saves $20. Lip waxing is $10. A virtual skin strategy consultation starts at $95 for 30 minutes.

A credit card is required to book, and it is not charged until after the service. Cards on file are charged for no-shows or late cancellations outside the 48-hour cancellation policy. A 20 percent gratuity is suggested, and all sales are final. Product samples can be provided before purchase.

Each facial is customized to the client's skin, which the studio says changes from day to day. The studio frames its work around holistic and conscious skincare.
