The lash menu runs from classic extensions, which place one extension on each natural lash with an unlimited lash count, to volume and hybrid styles and the MEGA volume look, which the studio describes as the most dramatic option it offers. The studio also says volume is the most requested look. Fills have set timing windows: classic fills within two weeks, hybrid fills every two to three weeks, and volume fills every two to three weeks, with a lapse past the window requiring a full set. The YUMI Lash Lift and Tint is a keratin-based treatment that lasts eight to 12 weeks, with the tint holding for up to four weeks. Lash tint, extension removal, a trial set and a fee for fills on extensions applied elsewhere are also offered.

Brow services include a clean-up and shape, a brow tint, and YUMI Brow Lamination, which adds length and volume through shaping and tinting and can last up to five weeks. Facial options range from extractions and a clay-based acne facial to a back facial designed for backne, a gentlemen's facial customized by skin type and beard growth, hydration and customized facials, a hot cocoa facial listed as suited to sensitive or acne-prone skin, an age-focused chemical exfoliation facial with an optional red light add-on, and a peptide-based firming facial. Starting prices range from about $140 for the acne and men's facials to $250 for the firming facial and BioRePeel.

Skin treatments include LED light therapy, dermaplaning in a full facial or a quicker express version, BioRePeel, and microneedling, which the studio also calls collagen induction therapy. The studio recommends dermaplaning as a facial to book ahead of an event, a wedding or a party. Wedding, Mother's Day, dermaplaning and microneedling packages are offered, and a luxury in-home travel fee of $150 lets services take place at the client's home. A consultation is offered at no charge.

Policies are clear before booking: no refunds are given, and booking means agreeing to that. If an allergy to eyelash extensions appears after a service, the studio removes the extensions free of charge instead. After a lash lift, lashes that fall out within 24 hours can be evaluated and possibly re-lifted once, and clients who are unhappy with a facial can talk through their concerns with the lead esthetician. The studio says it uses high-quality products and adapts treatments to each client's needs.
