Hair is included in most listed prices, so the quote covers the hair as well as the style. Clients who bring their own hair do not receive a lower price. Boho styles are done with human hair only, so synthetic hair is not used for them. Medium Knotless is listed with hair provided, and Miracle Knots is an add-on that includes hair only when chosen.

Appointments are long. Large and Med/Large Knotless run about four hours, while Tiny Knotless runs about ten. Extra hair length adds time, and head size and hair thickness can push appointments past their scheduled end, which can move 4pm appointments back.

Before arriving, clients should have their hair washed and blow-dried from roots to ends, and should not put any product in it, including leave-in conditioner. Hair that is not ready carries a $40 blow-dry fee. Extra guests are not allowed, and clients are asked to bring headphones for their phone. Services are refused if the scalp has open wounds or cuts, and the studio is not responsible for reactions to products used.

Booking and payment rules: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving 40 minutes late means rescheduling. A rescheduled date is possible only if another day is open, otherwise the appointment is cancelled. A style cannot be changed once booked. Clients who neither call nor show up are barred from booking and charged the full service price. Refunds are not given. Balances can be paid in cash, by Zelle or by Apple Pay, and third-party payment plans are accepted. Tiny Knotless is booked by phone.
