TATS, short for Tracey's Aromatherapy Treatment Service, is the salon's signature offering. Tracey created it in 2015 and introduced it to clients in 2016. A TATS visit includes an invigorating shampoo, a deep conditioning mask, detangling, a scalp massage and a custom essential oil blend, and clients can ask for a specific scent by noting it when they book. Essential oils run through the salon's services with the stated aim of supporting hair health and mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. The salon says its oils are 100% pure grade, kosher, vegan and organic.

New clients begin with a consultation, after which the stylist books their first hair appointment. The consultation looks at hair condition, goals, lifestyle, budget and current routine, and ends with a quoted plan and a follow-up appointment. Consultations and hair appointments cannot be booked on the same day, and clients who have not visited in over a year need a consultation before any hair service. Clients can also choose whether their service is photographed or filmed.

Keratin treatments are priced from $250 to $500 depending on texture, length, density and the finish wanted. The salon says the treatment can smooth frizz, straighten hair or define curls through its Natural Curl Finish, which keeps the curl pattern. Unlike Japanese straightening, it does not permanently change hair texture and gradually fades. The salon does not recommend it for fine or thin hair, straight hair, or overly processed hair such as bleach-and-tone or platinum blonde, and suggests no more than three to four keratin treatments a year.

The salon combines natural haircare with aromatherapy, using essential oils with the stated aim of supporting hair health and well-being, and each TATS service is adjusted to the client.
