The menu centers on braids in many forms, from two-braid styles and crochet braids to knotless braids and boho braids in bob, mid-back and waist lengths. It also covers men's braids, natural braids for children aged 10 and under, locs retwists and locs styles, two-strand twists, washes with blow dry, and wig services. Appointments are booked online and show on the calendar as soon as they are confirmed.

Because the studio is small, a client is served by the same stylist at every visit. Consultations cost $20 and take about 30 minutes; the business says they are part of the appointment rather than an upsell.

Booking works on a deposit. A 10% deposit reserves the appointment, and the remaining balance is charged to the same card one hour after the appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling is free up to 24 hours ahead. Inside that window, rescheduling costs the deposit amount and cancelling forfeits it. Clients receive an email confirmation and a day-before reminder, and SMS covers booking, reminder, change and follow-up messages, with an opt-out by replying STOP.

Each client's hair type, face shape and lifestyle are studied before styling, and each braid and install is hand-finished.
