The menu covers knotless braids in several sizes from jumbo to small, boho knotless styles, Fulani and freestyle braids, stitch braids from 2 stitches up to 20, snake and island twists, crochet braids, locs retwists and styles, men's stitch braids and twists, sleek ponytails, and kids' braids. Most services include hair, and a wash and blow dry is offered with every service at the same price whether or not the client arrives washed. Shampoo and blow out can be added to any service.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, or $15 for kids, and deposits can be transferred once. Hair should be 3 to 4 inches long or longer, detangled when the client arrives, and an upcharge applies if it needs extra work. Oils are discouraged for the best results. New clients are asked to send a 360-degree photo or video of their hair before booking. Cancellations need 24 hours notice or a 50% fee applies, and a 15-minute grace period is allowed before a $10 fee, with a 50% fee and cancellation after 20 minutes. After-hours and squeeze-in appointments carry a $50 fee.

Payment is accepted by Zelle, Apple Pay and cash, with a $2 fee for Cash App. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Monday 4 PM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 12:30 PM to 6 PM, Friday 12:30 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9:30 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Sunday. Clients who have left reviews describe the braiding as neat and clean and the braider as kind and easy to talk to.

Kametrice Meeks gives each client full attention for the whole appointment.
