Head spa treatments are the core of the menu, running from a 30-minute Express Head Spa at $50 up to a 90-minute Hydra Keravive Scalp at $258. Sessions follow a set sequence that can include scalp analysis, deep cleansing, scalp massage, hydrotherapy and conditioning, and the Classic, D4 Signature and Luxury head spas include hydrotherapy. Treatments can be adjusted for straight, wavy, curly, fine, thick, color-treated and chemically treated hair. Most sessions run 45 to 90 minutes, and the business suggests many guests return every four to eight weeks depending on scalp and hair type. The business describes a head spa as a relaxation service, not a medical treatment, and says it is not a treatment for hair loss.

Body therapy includes Swedish, deep tissue, CBD oil and Deep Blue massage, offered in 30, 60 or 90-minute lengths depending on the treatment, with single-person massage from $50 to $135. Couples can book two massages in the same room or pair a head spa with a massage. Facials are performed by estheticians, and at the Lynnwood studio they are provided by a licensed esthetician. Facial treatments are customized and can be adjusted for dry, oily, combination, sensitive, acne-prone or mature skin.

Both studios are open 10 AM until 9 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, closing at 8 PM on Sundays. Appointments can be booked through each studio's Square page, which displays open times in real time, or by phone at (206) 688-9700. Tips are not built into service prices. Changes or cancellations need at least two hours' notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to an appointment being shortened or rescheduled. Parties of five or more should contact the studio before reserving.

Each head spa visit begins with a close look at the scalp, and the treatment is then chosen to suit what is found.
