The salon works mainly with natural hair. Its menu runs from loc maintenance, repair, cuts and trims to starter locs, instant locs, micro loc retwists, loc drops and loc sprinkles, alongside braids, cornrows, twists and weaves.

For starter locs and loc restoration, the salon asks clients to book a consultation first. The in-person consultation costs $30, cannot be paired with same-day service, and covers hair goals and expectations for natural hair, loc repair, maintenance and restoration. Starter locs and two strand starter locs also require a consultation, and their final price may change after it.

Listed prices are for shoulder-length hair and longer, and service times may vary. Loc maintenance is $100 for shoulder-length locs, and loc counts above 100 are priced separately. Long loc maintenance and styling is $180, and intricate styles may cost extra. Loc drops and loc sprinkles are not booked online; the salon asks clients to contact them directly.

The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Deposits are non-refundable. A $25 show fee applies to no-call, no-show appointments and is due at the next scheduled visit, and a squeeze-in fee applies to Sunday and Monday appointments.

Consultations come first for starter and restoration work, so the plan is set around each client's goals before pricing is confirmed.
