Services are booked online through the business's GlossGenius page. Braid appointments are arranged differently: clients text the hair color they want to 667-310-0075. Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, with the suite closed on Sundays and Mondays. Every service includes shampoo and conditioning. Crochet hair is not part of the braid services. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment. Gift cards are sold, and packages apply their credit automatically at checkout on the services page.
Deposits vary by service, commonly $10 to $35. A deposit is forfeited if a client cancels within 48 hours of the appointment, and the client is charged 50% of the service. One appointment can be rescheduled once with the deposit carried over. Arriving 10 minutes late brings a late fee. Arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment as a no-show, the deposit is kept and the full service amount is charged. If the business cancels, the deposit is refunded.
