Lash extensions are the main focus. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, hybrid sets blend one-to-one classic lashes with volume fans, and volume sets use multiple fine extensions fanned out onto each natural lash for a fuller look. Full sets take two hours or two hours and 15 minutes depending on the style, and refills are offered at two or three weeks. A refill booked after three weeks is treated as a full set.

Makeup appointments run 45 minutes, with separate pricing for clients aged 16 and under and for adults. Colored lashes can be added to a lash service for an extra 10 minutes, and lash extension removal takes about 20 minutes.

Written aftercare guidance covers keeping lashes dry for the first 24 hours, cleaning with an eyelash foam cleanser every one to three days, avoiding oil-based products on or around the eyes, and not sleeping face-down. Refills every two to three weeks are recommended to keep the set in good condition.
