Sugaring is the studio's core service. A paste made from sugar, water and lemon is applied against the direction of hair growth and removed along it. The studio says its paste is made from 100% natural ingredients and that a single fresh ball is used for each client. It states that hair removal with sugaring lasts 3 to 5 weeks, with regrowth possibly slowing over time. Clients coming from waxing are advised to let about 4 weeks of growth build before a sugaring appointment, and to wait at least 2 weeks after shaving.

The facial menu covers acne and corrective care, anti-aging and firming, classic and introductory facials, exfoliation, and hydration and pigment control. Acne options run from a Teen Acne Facial, which requires a parent or legal guardian with a signed consent form at the first visit, to an Advanced Acne Buster Facial and a Back Acne Treatment. The Ideal Lift Facial is a 90-minute treatment that combines professional exfoliation, LED light therapy and microcurrent. The OxyLight Oxygen Facial is offered as a 60-minute service for $220 or a 90-minute service for $360, and the studio says it involves no downtime. Dermaplaning and resurfacing facials are also offered, along with a Hydra Facial Diamond package of device-based hydrating facials booked every 3 to 4 weeks.

For regular hair removal, the studio offers memberships. The Brazilian Membership is $49 a month and includes one Brazilian sugaring service per month. The Extended Brazilian Membership is $59 a month and includes one extended service per month, including inner thigh. The Double Sugar Membership is $72 a month and covers one Brazilian and one underarm service per month. Memberships are non-transferable, can be frozen for up to 3 months if requested by the end of the current billing month, and must be cancelled by the end of that month to avoid the next charge. Bundles pair a Brazilian with underarms, with half or full legs, at a combined price that the studio says saves between $15 and $34 compared with booking separately. The studio describes the Brazilian + Full Legs + Underarms Combo as its most popular package. An Extended Brazilian Package of five 35-minute sessions costs $300 and must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Booking requires a card on file to secure the appointment, which is not charged for the service itself. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment carry a $20 fee, and clients who do not arrive without notice may be charged that fee. Some services may require a deposit, which is applied to the total and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. After three no-shows, the studio will no longer book future appointments for that client. Packages, bundles and gift cards are non-refundable, and gift cards are valid for 24 months. Health care workers and students receive 10% off with ID, and a referral program gives the referrer and the referred friend each a $10 credit on services over $50. Gratuities are welcome but never required. Clients are asked to avoid exercise right after a sugaring appointment and to keep treated areas dry for the first 24 hours.

The studio favors sugaring as its hair removal method and describes it as gentler than waxing, because the paste grips hair and dead skin rather than living skin. Facial treatments are customized to each client's skin.
