Stylists start by listening to each client and look for a style that suits their natural features. Cuts are shaped to be easy to recreate at home. The salon describes itself as proud of its cut, perm and color techniques.

Haircuts start at $60 for kids, $75 for men and $90 for women, and the adult and kids prices include a shampoo and blow dry. A women's cut with a hair treatment starts at $140, and with an OLAPLEX treatment at $150. Hair treatments booked without a cut are $20 less. Perms start at $210, with bang perms from $170, partial perms from $180, digital perms from $270 and Japanese straightening perms from $310. Keratin treatment starts at $250. Head Spa Relaxation is $100 for one hour, and Head Spa Hair Growth is $140 for one hour and thirty minutes. Prices are listed as starting points.

The salon uses hair products selected in Japan, which clients can also buy. Treatments use Milbon and OLAPLEX products. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. After three such events the salon may decline further booking requests. Requesting a preferred stylist adds a $10 fee for Yuka, Nana or Takuro. The salon does not perm bleached hair. eGift cards come in $30, $50, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom amount.

Stylists work from each client's natural features and aim for a look that is easy to maintain at home.
