Stylists take time to learn each client and fit styles to the person. The salon says continuing education and hands-on training keep its team current on cutting, styling and coloring trends, and that its stylists hold advanced certifications with Redken and other leading educators.
Full and partial balayage include custom foil placement, root shadow and tone, and a blowout or style. Traditional highlights include toner and a blowout but no root shadow. Root retouch or single-process color is also offered. Pricing depends on stylist level, and each stylist's bio lists their own prices.
Smoothing treatments include Keratin Express, Keratin Complex and Brazilian Smoothing Treatment. Hand-tied weft extensions require an in-person consultation before booking, and K18 treatments are offered alongside the extension and treatment services. A hair model program offers services at accessible prices or sometimes at no cost, though openings are not guaranteed.
Color appointments require a credit card on file, which is charged only for a late cancellation or no-show. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone. Shorter notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the reserved amount. Reminders go out 48 hours before each appointment, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment altered or rescheduled. Phone calls are returned Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
Stylists learn each client's preferences and match styles to their personality, backed by ongoing education and hands-on training.
