The menu is organized into facials, massage and waxing. Facials run from 60 to 90 minutes. The sensitive skin treatment is the shortest, while the acne facial includes microdermabrasion and extraction, and the anti-aging facial adds microcurrent. Massage options are a Swedish massage and a couples massage. Waxing covers lip, underarm, arm, leg, bikini, Brazilian, half-body and full-body areas.

The salon takes house call bookings, and outcall inquiries can be sent by text message. It welcomes first-time visitors as well as people visiting the area, and treatments are customized to each client's needs.

Booking requires a deposit: $30 for most facials and waxes, $15 for some waxes and $10 for lip hair removal. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Payment is accepted in person.

Hours are 7 AM to 9:30 PM Monday through Friday and Sunday, and 2 PM to 9:30 PM on Saturday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are delivered by email. Gift card sales are final.

Treatments are customized to each client's needs. The salon describes its care as original European care.
