The studio says it was designed to help clients relax. Each visit can begin with a free consultation to talk through hair goals and settle on a look. Clients who would rather not chat during their appointment can request quiet time at no charge.

Color work covers all-over color, root retouches, glosses, partial and full highlights, color melts and creative color. All-over color starts at $120, and the final price depends on hair length and density. Root retouches start at $80 and the studio recommends booking them every six to eight weeks. K18, which the studio describes as designed to repair thermal, mechanical and chemical damage, is used in color services and can also be added to a cut for $10.

Extension services include a free 45-minute consultation to discuss goals and methods, installation starting at $150 (240 minutes, including cut, style and take-home products), maintenance starting at $100 with a recommended visit every six to eight weeks, and removal starting at $85. Scalp services include a wash and style, a deeper scalp massage that uses different tools and adds 20 minutes, and a scalp detox with before and after scalp photos that can be added to any service. A 45-minute Glow Rapid breathwork session is $28 and can be booked alone or added to another service. A mini photoshoot starts at $90 and returns five to fifteen edited photos.

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead carry no fee. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at least 50% of the booked service to the card on file. No-call, no-shows are charged for the full service, and arriving 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled.
