Color covers root-to-ends color, partial and standard highlights, balayage and hand-painting, color melts, platinum blonding, creative color, peekaboo color and whole-head color correction, which is priced from $400 with an hourly rate of $100. Several color services are quoted from a starting price, and new clients booking balayage, color melt or highlights have a first-visit consultation about their hair goals and history.

Haircuts are shaped around texture, density and pattern, with separate cuts for curly hair and a corrective cut for adjusting an earlier haircut. Styling includes specialty blowdries for soft curls, waves or smoothing and updo styling, where clients are asked to arrive with day-old hair. Hydration and protein treatments are offered, and the portfolio shows creative color work.

Booking carries firm policies. Refunds are not offered, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged 30% of the projected cost, no-shows are charged 50%, and clients who cancel more than twice in a year without rescheduling may be banned.
