The core of the menu is curly hair. The Curly Cut suits any curl or wave pattern and runs 90 minutes or more, covering a dry cut, a clarifying and moisturizing shampoo, deep conditioning, and styling and diffusing. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, fully dry, fully detangled hair and to avoid tight styles such as claw clips, braids or ponytails beforehand. Curly Cut pricing is the same for every age, and children aged 5 and older are welcome for select services.

Color is organized into packages. A Color Consultation ($25, 75 minutes) includes a test strand to see how hair will lift and a conversation about the look you want. Curly and straight color packages range from grey coverage and toner refreshes to full and partial lightening, with custom options for blonde, copper and brunette tones. Several packages include a cut or deep conditioning plus a blow dry or curly style.

For returning clients there are shorter options: an Express Cut for those who had a haircut from Hayley in the past four to five months, and a straight haircut for medium to long lengths. Silk Press and Wash & Style serve straight hair, and a Scalp Detox Treatment deep cleanses the scalp to remove buildup, excess oil and impurities.

Booking is by deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable, applied toward the total, and can be moved up to two reschedules before a new one is needed. Changes need at least 48 hours notice by calling or texting 469-933-3680; later cancellations are charged half the service total, as are no-shows. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the service or cancel the appointment. Each client may bring one guest, and extra guests wait in the lobby. A waitlist is kept, and a fully grayed-out calendar means the stylist is booked for the open window.
