Color work begins with a consultation for people whose hair carries black dye, box dye, or earlier color, since those histories shape what can be done next. For curly cut and color appointments, clients are asked to arrive with clean, detangled hair in its natural state.

Listed prices are base rates. The final cost can change with hair length, texture, and density. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee, which is applied toward the service on the day of the appointment. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice, and a deposit can be moved once, to a date within 30 days of the original. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to keep the deposit. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full price and lead to a block on future booking. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are canceled. Clients who prefer a fast answer are asked to text or email. The studio also sells hair care products through its online shop.

The studio works only with curly hair, and its cuts and color are planned around the natural state of the hair.
