The salon cuts hair dry so clients can see their natural curl or wave pattern. Cuts are made without tension, with layering chosen according to each client's curl or wave type. Color and cuts are planned to be worn with the natural texture, so upkeep stays manageable and grow-out blends smoothly.

Curl services include deep conditioning, detangling (a fee or extra length charge), Wash and Go or Curl Transformation, a Detox treatment, and CustomCurl, Deva, or Rezo cuts. Color services include single process color, balayage, foil color, and Pintura color. Traditional services include haircuts, blowdries, and updos.

To get the most from a visit, clients should arrive with their hair down and dry in its natural state, without ponytails, hats, or buns. A curly cut and style needs at least an hour and a half. Appointments are secured with a credit card, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge of half the service price. No-shows are charged the full service price.

Parking is at street meters, which cost 25 cents for 30 minutes with a two-hour maximum, and run 8 am to 6 pm. The salon refills the meter for clients who stay longer than two hours, and meters can be paid through the ParkMobile app. The nearest parking is the Bella Italia Pizza lot next to the salon.

The salon guarantees its services. Clients who are unhappy should report it within 7 days, and the salon will work to remedy the problem, though it does not issue refunds. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Products and gift cards are sold through the salon's website.
