Before an appointment, guests are asked to arrive with hair detangled, fully dry and in its natural curl, coil or wave, and to avoid buns, braids, ponytails, and heavy oils or butters.

Guests who prefer minimal conversation during their visit can add Quiet Time. Extra time is available in 15-minute blocks for guests with a lot of hair or hair that takes a long time to dry. Services range from Curl Discovery packages for new guests to color and cut combinations that scale in time with the change being made.
