The salon describes its services as upscale, natural and healthy hair care and styling. A steam treatment and a trim are included with every service. Appointments are required, walk-ins are not accepted, and the salon never double-books.

Clients are asked to arrive with their hair already detangled. If hair is severely tangled or matted, that work uses up appointment time, and a $25 detangle fee applies when detangling runs past normal servicing time, plus $15 for each additional 15 minutes. Hours run Monday 9am to 2pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 6am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
