The brow and lash menu covers lip waxing, quick brow clean-ups, brow waxing with mapping, trimming and tweezing, customized brow tinting, keratin brow lamination, an all-inclusive brow package and Korean lash lifts with or without tint. The skincare menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to dermaplaning, an acne-focused facial, a precision facial and a microneedling or nano-needling session with hyaluronic acid. Chemical peels range from a PCA acne peel and a brightening peel to a back-focused PCA treatment, BioPeel Cl3 and a BioRePeel Cl3 option that includes dermaplaning.

Before a skincare treatment, clients can book a consultation in person or online. The in-person visit looks at skin concerns, goals, lifestyle and current routine, then leads to a customized plan. The consultation fee is credited toward a service booked within 14 days. For the online option, a private link is sent after the appointment is scheduled, and that fee also goes toward a booking made within 14 days.

The studio is open Tuesday through Sunday with hours that change by day, and it is closed on Mondays. Cancellations need 48 hours notice to receive a deposit refund. One reschedule is allowed with 24 hours notice, and the deposit moves to the new appointment. Appointments have a 5-minute grace period, and same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Treatments are customized: consultations lead to a personal plan, and facial products are chosen to suit skin type and concerns.
