The spa's lash menu covers extensions, classic lifts, a One Shot Lash Lift and Profusion lash lamination. Hands-on participants have 90 days from the workshop to complete case studies, and a certificate is issued once both services' case studies are approved. Taking a course does not by itself allow someone to perform the services for pay; a state cosmetology or esthetics license is required, and hands-on lash and brow classes require either that license or current enrollment in an approved state school.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full, and appointment reminders are a courtesy rather than a guarantee. Prepaid service packages can be booked at any time and do not expire, but prepaid services, gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable, and any promotional value on a booking is forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled.

The spa says each client's experience is personalized, with treatments chosen to suit the individual. It states that its practitioners are licensed and that it uses quality skincare lines and FDA-cleared technologies.
