Appointments are open Tuesday through Saturday, with later hours on Wednesday and Friday and a shorter Saturday. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Services are listed with starting prices, and the studio accepts payments.

Every visit can begin with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through hair goals and expectations before any service is booked. The menu covers care and styling such as deep conditioning, tinsel, hydrating treatments, blowouts and haircuts, along with a wide range of color work from mini highlights and demi-permanent gloss to full highlights, root-to-end color and balayage or foilyage in partial and all-over versions.

For longer chemical services the studio asks for planning. New clients pay a deposit of $75 for full highlights, balayage/foilyage and partial balayage/foilyage, and $100 for Brazilian Blowout or Japanese Straightening. Japanese Straightening also requires a consultation before booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service start time are charged a 50% fee.
