Color and extension work usually begins with a consultation. A color consultation is 15 minutes at $55, with more time set aside if a test strand is needed. An extension consultation is 30 minutes at $55, and that fee is applied to the extension installation. Hybrid weft installations also require a pre-consultation to match color and choose extensions, plus a $75 deposit. Tape-in and keratin bond installations carry a $100 deposit.
Packages can be booked through the services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. A cancellation or late change made without 72 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the service. If a card is declined, a deposit is required on the next appointment, or future appointments are not approved. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
The salon is open Tuesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. The About page shows three reviews, which describe the stylists as friendly and professional.
