Services are by appointment only, including Saturdays. Clients can book through the website's booking button or by scanning a QR code. Before facial treatments, clients fill out an intake form. The spa is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Tuesdays. Prices are subject to change.

The laser menu is priced by area, from small spots such as the nose at $35 up to full-body treatment at $650. The spa uses a diode laser, which the business describes as suitable for most skin tones and hair types, including the face, underarms, bikini and legs. It does not work on gray or white hair, and most clients need six to ten sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, depending on hair structure, hair color and skin type. Clients are asked not to wax for four to six weeks beforehand, to shave before the appointment, and to avoid sun or use sunscreen for seven to ten days around each laser session.

The facial menu includes a teen facial focused on breakouts and changing skin, along with basic skincare education. Other options include a signature facial, a dry microdermabrasion using a diamond-tipped wand with vacuum suction and no liquids or chemicals, nano-needling and microneedling facials, dermaplaning, and an enzyme peel made from fruit-derived enzymes that the business describes as milder than chemical peels and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Enzyme peels are recommended every four to six weeks.
