The salon says its reputation rests on a high standard of education and talent development. Every stylist and service provider completes an advanced training program lasting at least six months and passes an internal approval process before taking clients. Nationally recognized beauty educators are brought in to teach the team, and an apprenticeship program trains aspiring stylists from within.
