Several services begin with a consultation. Permanent color that involves lifting, bleaching, highlighting, balayage, color correction, or double or triple process needs one first, though demi and semi color do not. Microlink work requires an in-person assessment because exact pricing is not quoted by phone. K-Tip consultations run 30 minutes and cover hair assessment, hair selection, cost and maintenance, and can be done virtually or in person.
