Sessions run about an hour and involve no needles, incisions, anesthesia or recovery time. Walk-ins are welcome, and online booking is also available.

For T-Shape 2, the studio recommends a minimum of six sessions followed by a re-evaluation from the technician, with up to three areas per session, about 90 minutes in total, roughly every three days.
