About
Stacey Krizan founded Cryo Contouring Studios and opened it in January 2023. She built and scaled the studio as her own medspa, and she runs her spa and works in it day to day.
She also teaches spa owners through the Spa Partners program, covering revenue systems, pricing strategy and operational structure, which she uses at her own medspa. Her revenue frameworks were tested in real consult rooms and with real teams.
Her outside work includes revenue coaching for medspa device brands and agencies, and brand positioning, messaging and visibility work through Krizan Consulting. Current offerings include a MedSpa Revenue Rebuild, either 48 hours on-site for $9,999 or four weeks virtual for $4,999, a 2-day in-person workshop for small groups at $1,999, a Coaching Forum membership at $499 per month, a 20-minute SOS Strategy Session at $175, and a Revenue Acceleration Engagement with a total investment of $50,000, paid as $25,000 up front and then five monthly installments of $5,000.
