Eyelash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume fills are offered as 60-minute or 90-minute appointments, and first-time clients have their own fill prices. Full sets in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles take about two hours. Mini fills, about 45 minutes, are for clients who are only a short time past their last fill and are not booked if the last fill was more than 10 days earlier. Event lashes take about 90 minutes and are not suitable for clients who need a fill. Extension removal takes about 45 minutes.

Brow and skin services include eyebrow tinting and waxing, each about 20 to 30 minutes, and sugaring. Microblading takes about three hours, followed by a 6 to 8 week touch-up. A 30-minute consultation is required before microblading for clients with skin conditions or previous permanent makeup, and the salon also offers fine line tattoos.

The salon runs a Classic Eyelash Extension Training course listed from $770. It is a two-day class that includes a professional installation kit, a practice head and a training manual, and it ends with a certificate of completion. The salon says its team includes licensed cosmetologists and permanent makeup artists.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and arriving 10 minutes late can lead to the appointment being cancelled. Walk-ins are accepted when possible, but the salon generally books by appointment, and weekends and evenings fill early. Gratuities are not included in prices and can be paid at checkout.
