Appointments range from about 20 minutes for brow shaping to 150 minutes or more for a full lash set. Lash fills are timed around the previous visit: a mini fill is meant as a touch-up and must be booked at least a week after the last appointment, while an extended fill is booked once three weeks or more have passed since the last fill.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday, with hours that differ by day, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
