The service menu falls into three groups: color work such as full highlights, partial highlights, root retouches and semi/demi color; extensions such as sew-ins, lace closure sew-ins, quickweaves, tape-ins, ponytails and wig installs; and natural hair services such as silk presses, luxury shampoo and kiddie silk outs.

The business was founded by Alex, who created Crown Oil & Treatment after not finding a fully natural product that met clients' needs. Alex began making natural products as a way to help clients reach healthy hair, and that product line is sold alongside the services.

Booking comes with a few rules. Clients should arrive with hair free of any style and detangled, or an up-charge or cancellation may follow. All services must be booked in advance and cannot be added on the day of the appointment. New clients start with a Luxury Silk Press, and so do clients who have not been serviced in three or more months, unless they book the Olaplex experience.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice and are made through the confirmation link emailed at booking. Cancelling later incurs a 50% charge of the total appointment. A no-show is charged 100% of services to the card on file and may result in loss of future bookings. Booking any service means agreeing to the business's terms, and the business states there are no refunds or exchanges.

Products ship in 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
