Many services are priced by style and by length, so the price moves with the size of the braid or the length of the hair. Several styles ask clients to supply their own hair, while others include braiding hair in natural colors 1, 1b, 2, and 4. Other colors need to be requested in advance. Shampoo and blow dry are often not included in braid and sew-in services and can be added.

Beyond protective styling, the studio does trims, a hydration treatment, a silk press, and several color services. Semi-permanent color is used to blend gray or enhance natural color, and demi and permanent colors are priced per process, with a consultation required for permanent color. Men can book cornrows, coils, two strand twists, pop smoke and Nipsey Hussle-inspired braids, individual braids, and loc retwists.

The shop also sells raw Indian bulk hair online, in curly and wavy bundles and curly bulk extensions. Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that is taken off the total, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a $40 fee.

Pricing follows the style, the length, and how much hair the client brings, with the hair prepared before styling. Natural hair is deep conditioned during removal services such as faux loc takedown.
