Bookings are made through the salon's Glossgenius page. Most services require a $25 non-refundable deposit unless the listing says otherwise, and cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the service fee, while those within 24 hours are charged the full fee. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late lose their deposit as a late fee, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Wednesday and Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM.
