Braiding is the core of the menu. Feed-in braids are priced by braid count, from four up to 20 or more, with hair included in standard natural colors. Knotless, box and boho braids are offered in several lengths, from mid-back down to butt length, and hair is included only where a service description says so. Twists include Marley, Senegalese, boho Senegalese, spring, mini spring, kinky and two-strand styles, and the salon also offers Bantu knots, up-dos and a creative combination style.

Micro-braid locs begin with a required consultation. The salon starts each loc with small, uniform braids and aims for low manipulation and minimal tension. The consultation fee is credited toward installation when the service is booked within 30 days. Strip lash application is available for 15 dollars, with lashes either supplied by the salon or brought by the client.

Visits depend on preparation. Clients should arrive with clean, detangled hair, and a shampoo and blow dry is added when hair is not prepped. Gels, heavy oils and styling creams are asked to stay at home on the day, and extra time and detangling fees may apply even when shampoo is booked. A non-refundable deposit secures appointments and is applied at checkout. Children ages 3 to 9 are serviced if they can sit calmly for most of the appointment and arrive rested, fed and detangled. Clients can message ahead with questions about preparation or products.

Beyond hair, the business sells an adult coloring book, a hair journal and planner, a body butter, and children's journals, games and a keepsake box under the Simone Says learning brand. It also runs an After School Program and rents booths to beauty professionals, with full-size stations, shampoo bowls, dryers, on-site storage and flexible weekly rates.

Care centers on natural hair and protective styling, with a mission of empowering Black women, men and children through beauty, culture and education. Micro-braid locs are started with low manipulation and minimal tension in mind.
