Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Haircuts are offered for women, girls ten and under, and men. Women's cuts start at $15 and come in six options, including a pixie for hair shorter than the ears, a bob for hair above the shoulders, an XLong cut for hair past the bra clasp, and an XThick option. Men's cuts are $30, and girls' cuts for ages ten and under are $35.

Hair extensions are a significant part of the service list. Hand-tied services include initial installs, single and second-row reties, and move-ups for in-between reinstalls. Strand-by-strand installs and removals use Keratin or Micro Link bonds. Strand-by-strand installs begin with a consult to match color and estimate the price.

Consultations start at $15 and come in two options. Color correction consults include a test strand. Arriving late affects the appointment: for chemical services, arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the booking and carries a 50% fee, and a cut that starts more than 10 minutes late has the same result. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, or 72 hours around holidays and during November and December. Changes within 24 hours carry a 50% fee that does not go toward the next service. A no-show that cannot be reached within an hour of the appointment carries a 50% fee and booking probation for three appointments. True emergencies do not count against clients, but the salon asks to be told as soon as possible.

Consultation comes first for color correction and strand-by-strand extensions, so color and price can be planned before the service.
