Crown Artistry is a hair salon on Fairburn Road SW in Atlanta. Its service menu is organized into booking categories, including color services, consultations, relaxer services, silk press services, hair treatments, natural and textured hair services, weaves and wigs, and kids' braids for ages 9 to 12.

Booking is handled entirely online. A $20 non-refundable deposit, sent by Zelle, reserves the appointment and must arrive within 30 minutes of booking or the appointment is canceled. Deposits do not carry over to the following month. The remaining balance is paid at the end of the service in cash or by Zelle. Services must be chosen in advance, as they cannot be added or changed on the day.

Arrival and cancellation rules are firm. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 fee is added to the total. Clients arriving 20 minutes late are asked to reschedule. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a missed appointment without notice means future bookings are not accepted. All sales are final, and completed services are not refunded.

Clients may be photographed or filmed for social media and marketing, and can opt out by letting the stylist know on arrival. The salon says its aim is to provide an exceptional salon experience.
