The menu is built around braided protective styles in many forms, from knotless and box braids to boho, tribal, Fulani and island twist styles, with lengths priced by size and how far the braids fall, from midback to butt length.

Clients can book online through the studio's GlossGenius booking site. Most services require a $20 deposit to book, and cancellations carry a 30% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are also sold.

Beyond the braid menu, the studio offers crochet braids, miracle knots crochet, faux locs, locs retwists and styling, and kinky twist refreshes. A separate men's list covers stitch braids, plaits, twists, freestyle and designer braids, and barrel braids. Stitch braid ponytails and feeding ponytails are also on the menu.

Braids can be taken out and washed on weekends. A shampoo service with a wash and blow dry is also available. Styles not listed on the menu can be requested by calling the studio to book.
