Extensions are the studio's specialty. Beaded row extensions are the method the studio favors, which it describes as the least damaging option and one that helps encourage growth. The studio says healthy hair comes first when extensions go in. Extensions are refreshed and moved up roughly every 6 to 8 weeks, and a move-up at 8 weeks extends wear another 4 weeks. Extensions not put in by the studio should be removed before a visit, since the studio cannot remove every extension method, and it does not currently carry extensions in tight coily textures.

Color is natural and lived-in. Vivid and fashion shades are not offered. New clients, and anyone who has not booked a color package before, complete a color questionnaire before requesting an appointment. Hair should be washed at least 24 hours before color only if it carries a lot of product or buildup, and clients should wait 48 hours after color before shampooing.

Wedding services include a bridal consultation and trial, day-of hairstyling, and add-ons for bridesmaids, available either at the studio or on location. On-location appointments can only be booked within 35 miles of Pleasant Hill, California. The client provides good lighting, an open space, electrical outlets, a table, and chairs, and should allow 30 minutes for setup. A deposit equal to half the package price is due at booking and cannot be refunded, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Arriving more than 25 minutes late leads to a 50% charge and cancels the appointment. Accepted payment methods are cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay, and Venmo; checks are not accepted.
