The studio aims to make Brazilian waxing easier to talk about openly, and presents intimate waxing as comfortable and respectful for clients.

Clients book online through the Book Today button on the website. Each appointment is reserved for one client, and a card must be kept on file to hold the time. Changes need 24 hours' notice; later changes or no-shows are charged a share of the booked services, and clients have a short grace period for late arrival. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before a wax. Eyebrow and underarm waxes typically last about two to four weeks, and Brazilian and other body waxes about four weeks. Brazilian pricing depends on time since the last wax: one rate applies to clients waxed by the provider within the last six weeks, and a separate rate applies from seven weeks on.

A spray tan begins with barrier cream on dry areas, a pH-balancing prep mist, a shade chosen for the client's undertone, and a finishing powder. Clients are asked to shower thoroughly beforehand to clear body oils, wear dark loose clothing and flip flops, and book any massage or nail appointment two days before the tan. Clients may wear their own underwear or swimsuit, or use disposable underwear provided by the studio.

The studio aims to open up conversation about Brazilian waxing and to keep intimate waxing comfortable and respectful.
