Eyelash extension work covers classic, hybrid, volume and mega-volume sets, plus refills and one-week touch-ups. Lash tinting and eyebrow tinting are offered, and lash removal is available as its own service. Clients with questions before booking, or with lash work done at another studio, can book a consultation.

Booking follows a few rules tied to the age of the set and who did the original work. Touch-ups are offered only within five days and only when the original work was done by the owner. Refills need at least 40% of the natural lashes to remain. Sets older than three weeks are treated as full sets and charged full price. The studio does not work over other stylists' lash work, so clients with work from another studio book a removal and a full set. The removal fee is waived when it is booked on the same day as a lash service.

Anyone showing signs of illness or an eye infection needs to reschedule. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period; arriving later than that is at the stylist's discretion, and missed appointments without notice can lead to a ban from booking again. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle or Square card, online or tap to pay in person.
