Consultations are by appointment only and take place in a private room, and a free consultation is offered by phone. Solutions are built around each client, and staff help clients weigh the options before choosing. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, Fridays from 10am to 4pm, and Saturdays by appointment; Wednesday and Sunday are closed.

The wig and topper services cover both synthetic and human hair pieces. Human hair systems can be colored, highlighted or lowlighted, permed, and styled with heat tools, and they are cleansed and reconditioned, sized for fit, cut on the client while the system is in place, and ventilated to add hair to a piece that has shed over time. Synthetic pieces, made from man-made fibers in base sizes from small to overall thinning, can be fitted with clip-in or bonding options, reconditioned after frizzing or wear, and thinned to remove bulk.

For clients keeping their own hair, the salon offers custom color matching to blend natural hair with a topper, and a cut and color option for regrowth after chemotherapy given in a private setting. One stylist, Zoe, offers organic hair color and henna as a gentler alternative to traditional color. Scalp care includes a scalp analysis using a 200X magnification camera, a scalp facial with a heated cap, and a Japanese Head Spa in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions, with the 90 minute session including an express facial. According to the salon, its Capillus cool light laser cap is physician-recommended and FDA-cleared for androgenetic alopecia; it is worn for six minutes daily.

Beyond hair and scalp work, the salon offers a range of facials, eyebrow waxing and tinting, eyelash extensions and lifts, hair extensions and Micropoint, and permanent jewelry. Worn, styled, or cut hairpieces are not eligible for return because hairpieces are a personal care item, but unaltered pieces in original condition with tags attached can be exchanged. Refunds for reasons other than a defect carry a 15% restocking fee, and repairs and adjustments are offered. The salon may change its return policies at any time. It also sponsors one Cyberhair wig a month for an eligible child under 18 with medically related hair loss.
