Extensions are a major part of the hair menu. Weft extensions are washed and styled rather than removed and reinstalled, a visit that takes about 70 minutes, and tape and weft installs are offered as well. Extension fixes are free within the first week after an install and cost $25 after that. For clients with extensions, there are yearly move-up memberships: a 2-row plan at $1,000 per year that includes seven move ups, and a 3-row plan at $1,145 per year that includes three moves every seven weeks when clients are on time. Members book as usual and apply their benefits at checkout in store.

Waxing covers the Brazilian area in several forms, including a touch-up that must be booked within six weeks of the last wax, versions with a vajazzle or an exfoliating and hydrating mask, and a new client promotion. Clients can also choose a mini full body service that lets them pick three areas, or book smaller areas such as the upper lip, underarms, neck and baby hair, or the full back. A vajacial, a facial for the vaginal area, is offered too.

Bookings require a $35 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total at checkout. Cancellations need 72 hours' notice, otherwise the deposit does not move with the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and closed Wednesday and Sunday.
