The studio is set up for clients with busy, on-the-go lives who want high-end work that fits around their schedule. New clients can start with a free Connect & Consult, which is also required before some services such as Creative Transformations, Custom Vivid Experience and Global Lightening. Extension Discovery is a complimentary first step that covers hair goals, a density assessment and a custom color match.

Color is the main focus, from a simple gloss and root retouch to full custom blonding, reverse balayage, dimensional brunette work and full creative transformations. Some color services are reserved for returning guests, including Custom Vivid Refresh and Lightening Retouch. Lightening Retouch lightens up to an inch of new growth for guests who are already blonde.

Beyond color, the studio offers haircuts ranging from clipper and scissor cuts and fades to customized signature cuts finished with a blow-dry, plus a curly haircut focused on shape, hydration and curl pattern. Extension services include sew-in installs, row re-installs and move-ups between appointments. Hair treatments cover conditioning, scalp detox, a Brazilian blowout smoothing treatment and a CBD scalp refresh.
