The services range from smoothing treatments to color work. The Brazilian Blowout adds a protein layer around the hair shaft to reduce frizz and smooth the cuticle. The Qiqi permanent hair straightening treatment, priced at $300, permanently straightens natural curl or wave and adds shine, softness, hydration and frizz control. A perm, which includes a haircut, is priced at $155.

Clients are asked to book ahead and give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes, since a $50 fee may apply to later changes. Arriving a few minutes early is requested. Refunds are not offered, so clients who are unhappy are asked to contact the salon within one week of the appointment. Salon products can be bought through the Shop Salon Products section of the website. Hair extensions begin with a required K-Tip consultation, and pricing varies.
