Appointments are booked as time-based sessions, priced according to the time each service needs. Clients can choose a session time from their stylist's menu or start with a free consultation. A virtual consultation is a 15-minute video call for planning before a first visit or a major change. An in-person consultation is a face-to-face conversation about hair goals, and it is held before a large session or color correction. Services are offered without gendered categories, and pricing is posted openly.

Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius scheduling page. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the session rate, and last-minute cancellations and no-shows are charged the full rate. A card is taken at booking to hold the appointment, and a different card can be used at the visit. The salon is cashless and does not accept tips. For curly cuts, arrive with dry hair in its natural curl and minimal product. For color services, shampoo no more than 48 hours before the appointment. For any service, clean hair styled the way you normally wear it is most helpful.
